At Great Massage and Facial Spa, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. Please review our refund policy carefully.

All services provided are non-refundable once they have been rendered. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the spa so we can address your concerns promptly.

Appointment Cancellations:

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge of up to the full service amount.

Gift Cards and Packages:

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards have no cash value and must be presented at the time of service.

Late Arrivals:

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying other appointments, with the full service fee still applying.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
